• This cleaning franchise business started as an idea in the late 1996’s and was formed very humbly in 1997 by the couple.
• Between 1997 and today (2025), this business has not only expanded nationally (with 60 areas covered in SA and having 35 franchisees), but also expanding internationally to the Middle East etc. as we speak.
• This growth can be contributed to hard work/sustainability/creative problem solving etc.- but also due to a growing need to have reliable/honest/trustworthy staff to clean houses/offices etc.- cleaning of buildings entails the entering of an outside person into a private person.
• The franchisor cannot handle the work load alone and urgently needs assistance in the daily activities of the business.
• The franchisor operates from a farm and the proposed shareholding offered includes the following:
• 20% share in the farm comprising of buildings etc.- the valuation of the farm is R13 million, with a loan of R5 million, with upgrades of R750,000 done.
• 20% share in the franchise business- the commission structure on that side is as follows- 40% to main holding company, 10% to main holding company for operational running expenses, 50% to directors, plus investor gets 20% commission on all retained franchise sale proceeds, with a guaranteed monthly net income of R45,000.
