• POS summary (“Point of Sale” summary of all sales that have physically been captured by the restaurant software program).
• Startup costs & Assets (actual startup expenses when each entity was started and not necessary the current asset value).
• AFS  – m4s-2019 signed are the signed off Audited Financial Statements for tax year 2019 (the trading entity for the brewery and restaurants.
• Adjusted net profit (we have recalculated the net profit by taking the actual net loss from the AFS, added depreciation and added the variance between the AFS revenue and the variance on the POS system).
• Projections is the potential increase in turnover and profitability once the brewery capacity has been increased to 10 000 L per month production (upgrade is included in the price).
• The Brewery, Burger & Tapas Bars all traded under one company.
• All the assets & equipment are unencumbered and is sold “Lock Stock and Barrel”
• The entity is sold as a going concern to the new owner (Plug & Play) all systems are in place
• 1 months training and support to the new owners.
• 5 Months additional support on request.
• Accounting and restaurants point of sale software including all computers.
• All trademarks, intellectual property, labels, signs, recipes, designs, goodwill, all social media platforms (+/-16 000 followers that we use to advertise)
• Liquor License for the “Manufacture, ON and OFF SALES of ALL KINDS OF LIQUOR for the Brewery and the  restaurants.
• All the staff ( 5 Kitchen and 6 Waiters).
• All operating and trading systems.
• Stock at cost between R 200 000-00 and R 250 000-00 (malt, yeast, hops, beer kegs & bottles, spirits in kegs, bottles water, wine, spirits, food, soft drinks, etc.)
• Property leases for both premises.
• Total startup costs was R 4 328 697-00 which is not necessary the current asset value.
• The price includes the upgrade of the brewery production from 5500 L to 10 000 L per month specifically to target the distribution market.
• There are different purchase options available:
  1. Brewery and One Restaurant for R 3 million in same building.
  2. Second restaurant separate R 1.83 million.
  3. Both restaurants for R 2.9 million.
  4. Both restaurants plus brewery R 4.62 million.
• The entity company is for sale including Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS or the business can be purchased out of the trading entity.
• We would consider terms depending on the price agreed upon.Signed Audited Financial Statement attached
• Staff – Kitchen in one restaurant 3, other – 2, 3 waiters at each restaurant and 1 Brewer at the brewery, 1 accounts lady 2 days a week.
• The Brewery and one restaurant are in one building and the least expires June 2020 and will be renewed – R 19 900/month plus vat.
• The other restaurant expires September 2020 and will be renewed – R 19 700/ month plus vat.
• We supply beer and associated products “On Tap” (in 30 L Kegs) and bottles to both restaurants and we supply bottles to a few other restaurants, game farms, bottle stores and golf courses but this is where the growth will happen with the brewery upgrade from 5500 L to 10 000 L per month production.
