Introduction:

• This concept is growing like a storm in Gauteng and now for the first time introduced in the Western Cape.
• The basic process is that different sizes of containers (3/6/9/12 meter) are used to build a gymnasium according to the needs of the customers.
• The gymnasiums are used at retirement villages/schools/shopping centres/open spaces like parks etc.
• It can be erected outside, where some of the gym equipment is stored inside and taken out daily to do exercises inside and outside the container
• Or the container can be erected inside a building/warehouse/storage space to curb the weather, and then operated as an inside/outside gym.
• Due to the complexity of the requirements of each client, the amount of equipment/type of equipment will differ.
• For instance, setting this up at a retirement village will differ from a school set up or a resort/leisure centre/shopping centre.
• Above will also influence the amount of containers to be used.
