• This holiday resort just lies north of Maputo and the product offering is the new trend namely Glamping, in other words luxury camping.
• This resort’s location is ideally between a lagoon and the sea and thus have the best of two worlds for tourists.
• This resort caters for canoeing, skiing, parasailing, fishing including deep sea fishing, boat trips including sunset cruises, quad biking, 4 x 4 trips, diving, snorkeling etc.

Ownership of resort:

• As is the case with ownership of fixed property in Mozambique and doing business on such land, the owner obtained a Duat licence from the authority valid for 50 years enabling him to carry on the business of a resort.

Fixed assets:

• The business is sold with the existing assets including all buildings, furniture, fittings, bar equipment etc.
• A full asset list can be supplied to an interested buyer.

Finances:

• The resort is dependent on tourists so 2020 was obviously not a good financial year for the tourism industry in Mozambique including this resort.
