Introduction:

• The owners of this business (operational for over 20 years), built this business up from working in their garage, to a force in SA having over 3500 dedicated clients with huge potential to expand, as they are present in a couple of SA’s largest cities but not covering all the potential cities and into Africa.
• Due to their expansion, they were fortunate to purchase the relevant properties as well, but these properties do not form part of the sale and are registered in other entities. A buyer can continue renting these properties or move the business operations elsewhere.
• They also supply a wide range of technical qualified staff, vehicles, spare shops and workshops as part of their product offerings. These product offerings have various branded names making them the only sole distributors of these products in SA.
• The estimated stock of R35 million will be determined on the effective date, as the value might differ depending on the stock ordered and still en-route. The difference between R35 million and the actual stock will then be agreed upon.
• Incentives are in place for the 120 staff members, which is determined quarterly- the owners have strict management controls and hence the incentives to staff to improve sales/productivity.
• Limited repairs are done on products returned or else faulty products are sent back to suppliers under warranties.

Financials:

• Full financials are available to buyers.
• The business will be sold debt free and all payments to the relevant authorities will be paid up to date.
• Annual average turnover R187 million.
• Annual average COS R124 million.
• Annual average GP R63 million.
• NP (EBITDA) for the 2024/2025 is R21 million.

Selling price:

• R65 million plus stock of R35 million- that gives you a high ROI of 32%.
